Ingredients needed
- Coriander seeds
- Cumin seeds
- Black pepper
- Fennel seeds
- Fenugreek
- Cloves
- Cardamom
- Turmeric Powder
- Ginger Powder
Prepare the powder
- Dry roast the seeds and spices until they become crisp and aromatic
- Transfer them to a dry plate
- Add in required turmeric and dry ginger powder to the essential

- Take 2 cup water in a saucepan
